Silent Hill Townfall's Clara Woods section requires you to open the Atlas Gate, which in itself requires three Mechanical Parts, all found within CEG Lockers. One of these parts is in Locker 94, which requires you to complete the puzzle in 5 Upper Brae. This puzzle in particular might throw you for a spin, as it requires you to go forward and backward in time to get the correct code needed for the lockbox, and we'll share a full walkthrough of this section below.
If you want to unlock Locker 94 and reach 5 Upper Brae, you're going to need the Boltcutters. This means that you need to complete the 5 South Brae puzzle for Locker 17 first.
We have a detailed walkthrough for this part, but a quick step-by-step might help if you want something fast:
Once you arrive at 5 Upper Brae, you can head upstairs to find a desk with a tape player, a locked black box, and "The Code Today" note. To begin, interact with the tape player and collect the "Tape: Today". Now, head into the back-right bedroom, and you'll find "Tape: Yesterday" in a black box.
Place "Tape: Yesterday" into the cassette player and click play. This will alter the condition of the house. Now, head downstairs into the living room to find a black box containing "Tape: Tomorrow". There's also a note on the kitchen table for "The Code Before".
Head back upstairs and place "Tape: Tomorrow" into the tape player to alter time again. Head downstairs to find "Tape: Do Not Play" in the kitchen, waiting for you in a black box. The living room also contains "The Code After".
Once again, interact with the tape player and use "Tape: Do Not Play". There will be an enemy in the locked bathroom and an enemy roaming the garden, but you can safely ignore both of these. By the kitchen sink is the Back Door Key.
Don't worry about going outside during the "Tape: Do Not Play" section, as I couldn't find anything here. However, you can use "Tape: Tomorrow" to get outside and find Strange Postcard #14 in the shed.
