At this point in Rivage, you should have access to the Pod Bay and have fixed Amaan's keycard, allowing you to scan it into your K9 for access to Level 2 areas. There are two main tasks that you need to accomplish between fixing Amaan's card and getting the upgrade that lets you see invisible ink and other invisible objects.
First, you need to upgrade your K9 for contactless access, which you might've already found is required to move beyond the lobby and to enter Amaan's room in the bedroom hallway. After you have that, you need to figure out how to run the program that gives your K9 the hyperviolet light upgrade. We'll go through both.
There are doors that require you to open them without contact, even if they might not require access levels beyond what you have available, such as the storage room with the arcade machine. Unless you run out of power and the door opens as a result, you can only open it voluntarily with contactless access.
Getting the upgrade for contactless access is simple. There are two puzzles in the lobby, along with a model of the Horizon Probe that includes an audio blurb you want to listen to. The puzzle in the far corner involves moving around the nodes until you have 12V appear on the center screen. You can basically use trial and error because there's no limit for attempts, and it starts to get easier as you notice how each adjustment shifts the number in the middle. This lets you listen to one audio file.
Between that file and the one you can play about the Horizon Probe, you can enter the password on the computer, which is Igor Petrov as one word. Once you've logged in, you can hit the "Upgrade K9" button for contactless access.
With contactless access, you can open the other door in the lobby. Here, you find a workspace used by Amaan. His journal is sitting on a table surrounded by a bunch of cans of Cosmik!, which seems to be a soda available in the future. If you read Amaan's journal, he talks about how he thinks that the nearby wall isn't missing, it's just become invisible. He also believes that he has a way to see what's invisible, letting him confirm that the wall is still present, just unseen.
This means that our next stop is Amaan's room, which can be opened now that we have both Level 2 access and contactless access. Inside his room, you find a few papers with console commands on them. Take screenshots of them with your K9, then go to his computer. His password is his favorite soda, so good thing we saw all those cans of it earlier. Type in "Cosmik!" and you're logged onto his computer.
Click the symbol at the bottom that's on the right side, and this pulls up the window where you can enter the lines we found in the pages around his room. The goal is to get the hyperviolet program on Miranda's K9. Therefore, you need to do this:
