Rivage makes it clear quite quickly that Miranda's keycard isn't going to get you far. In fact, it only opens up the kitchen. From there, you'll need to get access to the Pod Bay before you can get a keycard with Level 2 access, which is Amaan's card.
If you haven't gotten Miranda's card yet, all you need to do is open the vault in her room. The first entry is /000/. That lets you enter Miranda's birthday to open the vault, which you can find in her emails, where one informs you that the vault has been updated with her correct birthday of 23/03/2435.
Miranda's computer password is Stardust.
With Miranda's keycard, you can enter the kitchen and get access to the Pod Bay. To get that access, you need to use the little puzzle on the table in the corner to project light on the ceiling. The puzzle just involves moving the handles until the lines on the box are properly aligned.
The light on the ceiling shows you the pattern needed to access the Dock System, so head over to the console in the kitchen and unlock it. This lets you move the levels of the small area in front of you, but before you hit anything, grab the battery sitting under the board filled with formulas. You need it to put in the emergency pharmacy.
With the battery in hand, swap to Robotics, where you put the first battery in the emergency pharmacy. Then, you can grab the battery from this same area and put it in as well. After that, you go to Cultivation, grab the battery on the table, and return to Robotics. This uses the last bar of power, but that's okay.
Turn your flashlight on and put the last battery in the emergency pharmacy, pulling the lever to activate it. Now you can select "Pod Bay Access" from the screen and get the keycard. Scan it into your K9, then head into the little storage area to interact with the arcade machine to start a new loop. When you wake up, you still have the Pod Bay access and can head there through the kitchen.
Amaan's card gives you slightly more access, but you need to collect and repair it before you can use it. During the next loop, head into the Pod Bay through the kitchen and open Miranda's locker. You find a key in it that has prongs you can adjust. The top and middle ones need to be lined up, and the bottom prong should be on the opposite side of them.
