Many quests in The Blood of Dawnwalker Prologue have no consequences even if you ignore them, so my personal recommendation is: Don't learn Latin with Anca, accept to train with Pieter (your dad), then do the Deep Down quest, Blasphemy quest, and three other quests that require 1 Time Segment each. Additionally, Enter Not quest, If a Tree Falls in a Forest quest, and Dead Drop quest will not exhaust your Time Segment, so you can do those as well.
During the Prologue of The Blood of Dawnwalker, there are plenty of choices to make and quests to complete. However, many of them don't have a significant effect on the story, so you don't have to worry about what you choose. You can follow your own intuitions.
In total, you have 8 Time Segments (8 Hour) to spare before the Mass starts. You can't do all the quests in The Blood of Dawnwalker Prologue, since they will take more than 8 Time Segments to complete. Therefore, you need to decide which quest is worth doing, and which ones you can skip.
Since most choices don't have any consequences, I will not include them in this guide. Instead, I will focus on things that actually matter.
Since your biggest concern is time, the first thing you should do is these three quests:
All of them require 0 Time Segment to complete, so it's basically free loot and XP.
Next, follow the main quest by visiting Anca. Here, it doesn't matter if you choose to watch her or call her immediately, since you'll find out more about her either way. When Anca offers to continue your Latin lesson, I recommend skipping the Latin lesson. There are no consequences for this, and you only get 100 XP for spending 1 Time Segment with Anca. The only reason you'd want to stay is to spend more time with Anca. Which is entirely up to you.
Don't stray; go straight home. Choose hot water + three spoonfuls of herbs to correctly make Coen's mother's medicine. Then, when Pieter offers it, accept to train with him. You also get 100 XP for spending 1 Time Segment, but additionally, you'll get a Charge Manual, which unlocks a new ability.
