The Secret Hideout in Downtown can be found on the northern side of the zone's map, west of Central Checkpoint. It's located in the Atlantis Cafe.
To reveal the Secret Hideout in the Atlantis Cafe, you must solve the puzzle by interacting with a series of objects in the correct order. After turning on the breaker box on the wall (left of the register), interact with the highlighted objects in the following order: Radio, Coffee Machine, White Coffee Machine, Soda Machine, Microwave, Fridge.
The Secret Hideout in the Central zone can be found near the southeast corner of the zone's map. It is located inside a Wear 'Em and Wash 'Em laundry mat.
Solving the puzzle in the Wear 'Em and Wash 'Em is pretty simple as all you have to do is match the washing machines to the piece of paper found on the bulletin board near the back.
