Dragon Ball has roughly a billion villains, but Frieza really is THE Dragon Ball villain. The spoiled Emperor not only featured in arguably the most important arc, but he also came back for multiple Super sagas, earning a couple of new transformations along the way. While his color-coded power-ups pushed him up a few levels, Frieza has plenty of forms in the multiverse that he never got to use in the main manga and anime.
By looking at Dragon Ball games like Fusions, Heroes, Dokkan Battle, and Budokai 2, we find a few powerful Frieza forms that could very well reduce Goku and Vegeta to ash, at least their canon versions. The Emperor has way more levels than just his core ones, and some of them are pretty cool (or pretty bizarre)!
Only transformations introduced in games will be considered. I know some people have heard of these forms, but none of them appear in any official content. Hell, none of them feature in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes promo anime either.
We're going old school with this one. Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 has a few original forms introduced through its What-If scenarios, and Frieza gets a minor makeover courtesy of Babidi. The dark wizard resurrects the Emperor and Cell, stamping that iconic M on their foreheads and tweaking their Ki aura in the process.
As Budokai 2 is firmly set in the DBZ era, Majin Frieza's ceiling is fairly low, especially compared to forms introduced much later. Still, this version is far stronger than Full Power Frieza, as Babidi's Majin power comes with a pretty significant boost in strength and agility. Majin Frieza will likely never appear in any other game, but he is a neat novelty.
Ah, yes, the most dysfunctional siblings in Dragon Ball, especially since one of them technically doesn't exist. Frieza and Cooler never interact in any of the anime movies, and they only get a couple of moments in the games. Fortunately, Dragon Ball Fusions decided to put together a bit of family therapy by forcing the duo to become closer than ever, even though Coolieza is an optional boss and not part of the main story.
Coolieza is pretty darn powerful, which is to be expected considering who is involved. It isn't just that Frieza and Cooler are strong individually, but their Frost Demon genetic makeup ensures they are a perfect match for each other. This fusion supercharges the Death Ball and Death Beam techniques, essentially presenting the strongest versions of those moves up to that point.
The thing is, Frieza and Cooler's blood-brother connection is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, they are a perfect match genetically; on the other hand, their near-identical skill sets don't open any new avenues.
