That's Art! Not Scribbles! is a side quest in Aniimo in which players have to guess what a rough sketch is trying to depict using only a part of the drawing and a vague clue. The quest is available in Astra right from the start of the game, but completing it won’t be possible until you have progressed a fair bit into the story.
To start the quest, fast travel to Horizon Square in Astra and look to the southeast. You’ll see the painter, Shulala, standing beside an empty canvas. Talk to Shulala and exhaust his dialogue to hear about the first clue.
The first Aniimo sketch Shulala shows you is a Panpanta, a chubby snow-bear creature that evolves from Susuta and Popota. You can find Panpanta in the Echoback Landing region, in the northwestern part of Idyll. An Alpha Panpanta can be found there, just northwest of the fast travel point.
Alternatively, you can catch a Popota (also found in Echoback Landing) and evolve it into a Panpanta using a Wave Stone. The requirements for unlocking this evolution are reaching level 39 and defeating Alpha Panpanta once.
After you get a Panpanta, return to Shulala, place the Panpanta in your active party slot, and talk to him again to complete the request.
