Ready for The Witcher 3 Remastered?! The massive free update for The Witcher 3 will officially arrive on Tuesday, September 29th, and CD Projekt Red has also now revealed the release times and update sizes for this version.
The times are the same for every platform, and they equate to 3am PDT / 6am EDT / 11am BST.

In addition to this, it's been confirmed that the update will be 45GB on Xbox consoles, and it's a very similar size for most other platforms as well. This was announced by CDPR's social media director earlier today:
We also now know that there won't be a preload for the update — it'll just become available immediately at the times shown above — and in case you're wondering, your unlocked Xbox achievements will carry over to the new version.
As previously mentioned, this is a free upgrade for anyone who owns The Witcher 3 Remastered for Xbox Series X|S digitally, and the physical edition might work as well, but we haven't come across definitive confirmation of this yet. More great news is that The Witcher 3: Remastered will be an Xbox Play Anywhere title following its launch next week, meaning you'll get access to a free PC version via the Xbox app at no extra charge.
