Complete A Bulwark Against Darkness quest by finding all armour components in The Blood of Dawnwalker. The required materials are scattered around the map, but it will be worth it in the end, as Coen will get a legendary armour.
To trigger A Bulwark Against Darkness quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker, you need to reach Infamy level 4 or 5 to get recognized. This is where you visit Anca to receive a letter from a mysterious person who wants to help. You can also teleport to Svartrau City to get the letter from a messenger. The letter contains a schematic for powerful armour that can withstand the damage from any Vrakhir's claws, as well as vague instructions on where to find the three armour components.
The Large Lizard Mault is found inside a cave near a ritual site in the swampy area located west of Maragir Wealds. You probably visited this area during The Bittersweet Toast quest, but you can still get the armour component even if you haven't. From the ritual site, turn southeast and proceed until the end of the path. There should be a small pond and a cave nearby. Go inside and defeat the enemies to find the Large Lizard Mault on the ground.
Head to Aurelius Tower located south of The Silts and complete the Home Sweet Home quest, found under Xanthe's court orders. Once Coen wakes up, go back up to the top floor of the tower and pick up the Flask of Quicksilver from the table.
There are two ways to get a Bundle of Silk Threads. The first is through a Sanzhana located south of the Small Bridge Shrine. This is a destroyed shrine located south of the soldier's outpost where you find Mert locked up. From the shrine, head south and follow the trail of blood. It will lead you to a Sanzhana plucking out teeth from dead bodies, and the Pearly and Precious quest starts. Complete it to unlock the Sanzhana shop and purchase a Bundle of Silk Threads for 5,000 Denari.
Alternatively, trigger the Come Hither quest found east of Silty Mug Inn shrine. Keep going until you hear a sound. Proceed with the quest to get a free Bundle of Silk Threads. You find it on the ground of the cave after defeating the Murohn.
The Relic of a Saint is not a specific item, as it can be one of the many things Coen collected on his journey, like the Saint's Tibia relic. Some other examples are:
The letter will also include a location for an Uriashi blacksmith who can forge this armour. If you have already visited the blacksmith before or through the Forge It Anew quest, Coen already knows her. Once you give her all the armour components, the blacksmith says it's not complete. While she works on the final step, enemies will spawn and attack. Coen must protect her until the armor is made.
