During the 'The Patient' segment in Silent Hill: Townfall, where you play as Zoe in the St. Amelia Medical Center (or center), you'll need to eventually find three drugs: 3mg of Hydroxalene, 11mg of Tensobromide, and 2.5 mg of Dextracylate.There are multiple rooms and floors in the center, and you're going to find a lot of different drugs, but most of them aren't going to be one of the three required ones for the quest. We'll show you exactly where to find them so you can save time.
The 11mg of Tensobromide is in a green box in the Pharmacy Store room, near the patient room where you're working on the surgery. It's right across from Consult Room C and beside the Treatment Room.
Hydroxalene is in the Records Room (the same floor as the Patient). The room is in the northwest corner, but you'll need a password to unlock it. The code is 2605. You can find a note containing this password upstairs in the Office in the northwest corner near the Private Ward room.
And last but not least, the Dextracylate is on the upper floor in Bay 6. Just interact with the machine to the left of the hospital bed (it's across from the Office).
