Once you have the Scalpel from the Clinic (Z Ellis's desk), you can head through the locked door of St. Amelia Park to make it to the north area of Shorefront District - South. Your objective here is to find a way inside Jess's House in Silent Hill Townfall, and we'll show you exactly how to do that, since you might find a few locked doors and deadly enemies along the way!
Head into the alleyway close to "14" on Farrow Street, and you can enter the gardens to access the back of Jess's House. There is an enemy here, so make sure you have a wooden plank ready to kill it, or try to be sneaky! Regardless, when you reach Jess's House, there's a note on the door that reads: I've left the back door key with Walter at Number 16.
Jess's House Key is inside Building 16, which is opposite Building 14, as shown on the map above! Head upstairs and enter the room marked "1/2". Down the hallway, on a wooden table, you'll find the 21 Farrow St. - Back Door Key, which is the key you need to open Jess's House.
Return to Jess' House and interact with the blue door to unlock it, where you can find the Broken Stethoscope inside a medical box on the bed. The Broken Stethoscope is one of the three items needed for the scales puzzle, which we'll explain in full with the guide below!
