Silent Hill: Townfall has a ton of puzzles and many of them are quite challenging. One of the earlier puzzles in the game requires players to use their CRTV to figure out a code for the locker in the pharmacy.

The first thing you want to do when you reach the pharmacy is connect to the CRTV signal coming from the radio on the desk next to the bathroom. You can do this by interacting with the radio, bringing out your CRTV, and navigating to the blue line.
In order to connect to this CRTV signal, you have to tilt your CRTV downward until the two large circles begin to slow down. Next, you want to rotate the CRTV left or right, so the two large circles meet in the middle and turn into one large circle.
Once you do that, three rectangles with colors will appear in the center of the screen. The objective here is to switch between colors, which can be done by pressing up and down on the d-pad, and aligning each color so it fits perfectly into the rectangles. Once all the colors fit perfectly, you can officially connect to the signal.
Now that you have connected to the CRTV signal of the pharmacy, a recording will pop up that provides clues as to how to solve the pharmacy puzzle and unlock the locker.
If you look closely at the CRTV recording that you just unlocked, you will notice that it has a total of four different snippets. Each snippet represents a number in the locker code.
