Fortnite's annual Halloween update has begun, and it may be the biggest one yet. Players diving into Fortnitemares 2026 can wield new weapons like the Bone Rattler SMG, hunt for terrifying critters like The Deer Sprite, and even become an animatronic from Five Nights at Freddy's. Speaking of Freddy, he is one of many bosses that spawn on the Fortnite island. Here is every Fortnitemares boss location in Fortnite Override.
Freddy and Foxy both spawn at the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza unnamed POI over to the far north-east of Nightmare Neighborhood, just south of the Pac-Man island. They can typically be found at the stage, though they may wander off if other players have already gone near them first.
Here is every reward you get for eliminating Freddy and Foxy in Fortnite:
Chica and Bonnie both spawn at completely random locations on the Fortnite island, and they also do not show up on the map as boss icons like most others, making them hard to track down. However, they do pretty much function exactly the same as both Freddy and Foxy.
Here's all the rewards you get for taking down either Chica or Bonnie in Fortnite:
Freddy Krueger can be found at Nightmare Neighbourhood, and while he can appear on the map as a skull icon, this is not always the case. More often than not, Freddy Krueger will be disguised as a regular NPC before becoming hostile once you get too close, so look out for an NPC icon on the map during these instances.
Here are all the rewards for beating Freddy Krueger in Fortnite:
Adam Smasher also remains on the island for Fortnitemares and can be found in a few different locations. He can most often be found patrolling near Geno's Machine towards the center of the map. However, he can also potentially spawn at Sunken Shores. It is also possible for Adam Smasher to spawn as the Boss Drop Rift Anomaly at a random location.
