Drink ingredients in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave include fruits, Coffee Berries and several kinds of Leaves. Leaves have a specific purpose: turning them into drinks at the Tavern in Dagsion. Unlike ingredients found at ordinary gathering spots, their locations are revealed through Leda’s performance quests, making her performances an important part of collecting what you need.
At certain Settlements, completing a performance alerts you to a new gathering location. These revealed destinations are the exclusive sources of Leaves. More performance quests become available as the story progresses, so a missing ingredient may mean you need to advance the story rather than search elsewhere.
Complete Leda’s performance quests at Settlements to reveal new gathering locations. Certain performances alert you to places where you can find items, and these performance-revealed locations are the only places where you can gather certain Leaves.
The four Leaves ingredients are Bitter Leaves, Pepper Leaves, Sweet Leaves and Wonder Leaves. Once you have gathered them, take them to the Tavern in Dagsion to turn them into drinks; making drinks is their only use.
If you cannot find the Leaves you need at the locations unlocked through the Settlement performances available so far, you may need to progress the story to unlock more quests. One performance at the Tavern requires Leaves whose gathering location does not become available until after a later story battle. Having that performance quest does not necessarily mean you can gather its required Leaves yet.

Look for the listed gathering spots in the world map’s Searches menu, remembering that some Leaves locations must first be revealed through Leda’s performances.
