There are many endings you can get in The Blood of Dawnwalker, depending on your choices. Here are the routes you can take to end your The Blood of Dawnwalker playthrough and roll the credits.
Although incredibly hard, you can beat Brencis in the Prologue with a lot of practice. However, despite it requiring a ton of work, it's not really worth doing, since the ending is about the same as normal endings where you beat Brencis. There are some unique lines, but that's it. Coen even has his Witchcraft marks in the ending, even though Anca never introduces him to it.
Your entire family will survive, including your mother, if you brew her medicine correctly in the Prologue. Lunka's fate remains the same as in all the other endings.
Since you complete the game without doing anything, you'll also miss all the minor endings that you can get with your companions.
