During Part 4: Clara Woods, you will be tasked with finding a way to open the gate on Atlas Way. This might seem a tad puzzling, considering the abundance of areas and rooms to explore, especially when so many "dead" creatures are on the floor to distract you. Thankfully, your search won't go without reward, as you can get a Flare Gun in Silent Hill Townfall during the Clara Woods section if you use this guide!
From Atlas Square, head east to Atlas Way, then travel north up Prosperity Way, and take the first available left into the CEG Staff Parking. This will lead you to the CEG Employee Lockers, where you can access the CEG Lockers building.
Head behind the desk to find the key item: Barcode (CEG Lockers). This specific key is for Locker 75, but to actually learn the code for Locker 75, you must interact with the barcode reader, which just so happens to be on the same desk where you got the key!
The Locker 75 pin code is 184, and you can find Locker 75 on the back wall toward the right. Input the code shown above, and you can get the Flare Gun from inside! This is completely optional, as it's not a key item needed for this chapter's main puzzle.
The Flare Gun uses Flare Cartridges as ammo, and it will instantly kill a monster that you shoot with it. However, ammo for this weapon is scarce compared to the Pistol, so use it wisely!
