You complete The Cycle of Love quest by exploring Xanthe's manor and defeating her in The Blood of Dawnwalker. Even though you might know where she lives, it's impossible to enter her manor before acquiring a special lamp.
To trigger The Cycle of Love quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker, you need to complete Xanthe's quests series until her anger reaches maximum level. The next day, some guards will approach you and hand Coen one of Xanthe's Lanterns. Apparently, you can't enter the Boyaress' estate without an invitation, so this lamp is necessary. Once you're ready, head to the Howling Keep where her manor is located.
Defeat the enemies near the entrance and give the lantern to the statue to unlock the entrance. There will be more enemies inside, so be careful.
To deal with Xanthe, you need more lamps to unlock the final room. While most rooms require one lamp, you will need two lamps to face Xanthe.
First, head south and climb the stairs. Enter the room full of pottery and a fireplace to find a statue holding a lamp; leave it for now and go inside the northern room to find Iasmina. You can talk to her and take the lamp next to her once you're done.
Leave the lamp in the pottery room and go back downstairs near the entrance. Turn west and give the lamp to the statue. Enter the courtyard and keep going to head inside the shed after dealing with some angry spirits.
Take the lamp inside the shed, only to get stuck inside as the vines block the door.
Open the trap door and jump down to land inside Xanthe's dungeon, which is where you find the missing girls, or what remains of them. Navigate your way outside until you return to the estate's entrance.
